One can find a list of Muslims condemning the 9/11 attacks in the US here. (Thanks to whoever took the time and energy to actually put together this very long list. There are numerous other such lists if one only bothers to search for them.)
There was also a "Not in the name of Islam" petition signed by Muslims that protests the abuse of Muslim tenets by fringe groups. (Petition hyperlink is no longer active but it was signed by 689,000 people while it was active.) There is also a 2005 fatwa (religious prouncement/opinion) against targeting innocent people (e.g. terrorism) issued by a prominent Muslim American religious body reiterating a basic point in Islam. (British one here.)
